Leading instructors from the USA, England, Austria, Germany and Switzerland will be flocking to the Tyrolean region and its healing alpine environment to pass on the best tips and techniques for sun salutations, pyramids & co. in places of spiritual energy down in the valley, as well as high up on the mountain. The Mountain Yoga Festival line-up includes some of the biggest names in the international yoga scene, such as Marc Laws (London), Sigrid Pichler (New York) or ”Spirit Yoga“ founder, Patricia Thielemann from Berlin. The experts will be on hand to share their professional competence in workshops, discussions and lectures on the subjects of body, health and nutrition. Whether intensive training at high alpine venues, or simple asanas amongst beginners: the common theme is about doing something good for oneself.
