It's with great vigour that the "High-Bike Testcenter Paznaun", the only cross-brand motorbike test centre in Europe and thus the Alps, kicks off the seventh season at the end of May 2017. The enormous popularity with customers – in 2016 the record number of 2,487 full-day test rides was reached – encourages the initiators to continue driving the project forwards. That's why with Aprilia there is also a new partner in the vehicle area. The most important mainstays of the test centre are 2017 BMW, Ducati, KTM and Triumph, which transport a representative cross-section of their model line-up to Ischgl. Available for testing are also thrilling new models such as the latest version of the BMW R 1200 GS Rallye or the new R nineT Racer, the new KTM 1290 Superduke R, the equally ultra-strong Aprilia Tuono V4 1100 in Factory- and RR-Version, plus the Ducati Scrambler "Full Throttle", the Multistrada 950 as well as the new, spectacular Triumph Street Triple RS.

For the users of the "High-Bike Testcenter Paznaun", 35 of the latest motorbikes from five european top manufacturers are available daily for full-day test rides from the beginning of June to the end of September – all in perfect condition. The fee for the full-day test when showing a Silvretta Card all inclusive (Paznaun guest card, free from one night's stay) remains equally affordable as last year with 80 or 100 euro depending on the vehicle category; without the guest card the cost is still 100 or 120 euro per day, vehicle physical damage insurance (with 800 euro deductible - deposit required) included. There is no limitation on mileage for the full-day test. Motorbikes can be picked up from 8:00 to 10:30 and returned again between 16:30 and 19:00. So there's plenty of time for the many tours into the surroundings with more than 30 mountain passes. On request, navigation devices are available for some vehicles, on which a total of 14 different day-tours in Tirol, to Bavaria, Vorarlberg, South Tirol and Switzerland are stored. In addition, printed roadbooks with suggestions for tours are available. Thirty mountain passes and thousands of bends beckon fans to the Alps.

In the test centre, apart from the test motor bikes serviced with Motorex-products and fitted with Metzeler or Pirelli tyres, there are also Rukka-suits for ladies and gentlemen, the latest 2017 Schuberth-helmets as well as Daytona-boots available to test for a small fee. So those who want – even with the family – can get here conveniently by car and then set out on their full-day test tour from Ischgl with perfect safety gear and the motorbike of their choice.
The "High-Bike Testcenter Paznaun" can truly be considered a model for success. If the first season in 2011 ended with 850 test rides, the number of full-day test rides then rose continually year-on-year to most recently almost 2,500 test rides. The Highbike-guests' satisfaction continues to be extremely high: The average score of the reviews has yielded a value of 1.1 (on a scale of from 1 to 5) for years now. In the four months of the 2016 season, almost 705,000 kilometres driven were recorded, in the six seasons since 2011 more than 2.9 million test kilometres have already been accumulated.
