A culinary concept that convinces

The Panorama Restaurant impresses with its gastronomic concept, which includes both a self-service area and a service restaurant. “The name Panorama Restaurant Kreuzjoch – matching the fantastic panoramic view – will of course remain,” explains Martin Pittl, chairman of the board of Schlick 2000. “We want to be closer to the guest, which is why we have decided on a customer-friendly area with service in addition to a self-service area.”

Rustic charm in a modern guise with breathtaking views

The ground-level, barrier-free new building harmoniously combines tradition and modernity. Rustic style elements meet elegant design, which makes the Panorama Restaurant Kreuzjoch the ideal destination for athletes and connoisseurs alike. A panorama bar with glazed sliding elements rounds off the concept perfectly and invites you to spend convivial hours in both good and bad weather. Another highlight of the new restaurant is the spacious sun terrace. Here, guests enjoy not only the fresh mountain air, but also the breathtaking 360-degree view of the surrounding mountain landscape. From the terrace, there is an incomparable view of the picturesque Stubai Valley and the impressive peaks of the Serles, the striking Elfer, the imposing Kalkkögel mountain range and all the way to Innsbruck.

Sustainable into the future

Managing Director Lukas Pittl proudly explains: “The sustainable aspects of the new building include the reuse and reinstallation of the demolition material due to the good old building fabric, the use of sustainable timber construction and the installation of a PV system next spring with an annual energy production of 120,000 kWh, which corresponds to an emission saving of 48 tons of CO2, or the equivalent of the number of 3,000 trees planted.”

Panorama and enjoyment: the perfect place to stop for a bite to eat in the Schlick 2000

The new Panorama Restaurant Kreuzjoch will delight winter sports fans and nature lovers alike from December 2024. The Schlick 2000 thus sets a new standard in terms of enjoyment and views – the perfect place to fortify yourself after an active day on the slopes and enjoy the impressive mountain world.
