Last updated on 24.03.2026
From 13 to 18 April 2026, the Electric Mountain Festival (EMF) will once again transform Sölden into the Alps’ highest dance floor. Thanks to a top-class lineup including Dimitri Vegas, Timmy Trumpet and James Hype, scenic Ötztal Valley celebrates the perfect blend of world-class DJ sets, sunshine skiing in spring and fine alpine cuisine. Tickets are available online at soelden.com.

When spring arrives in Ötztal, the “Heartbeat of the Alps” pulsates to the rhythm of electronic beats. The unrivaled Electric Mountain Festival 2026 promises a week full of superlatives at over 2,000 meters above sea level. The great combination of perfect slope conditions and top international acts at unique locations makes EMF a must-attend event for music fans and winter sports enthusiasts from all over the world. In 2026, the festival atmosphere will extend across the entire ski area: from Monday to Wednesday as well as on the final Saturday, exclusive Festival Specials invite you to join the parties at FALCON, Philipp, Heidealm, DUO, Annemaries Hühnersteign, Panorama Alm and Rettenbach Market Restaurant. True to the motto “On skis to the Festival Stage”, the next beat is just one turn away.
Exclusive Opening: Premium Party at Tiefenbachsteg (13 April)
The festival starts on Monday, 13 April, with a spectacular acoustic and visual experience. The Premium Party at Tiefenbachsteg footbridge sets new standards in exclusivity. Nestled amidst the glacier fields with a direct view of majestic Wildspitze summit (North Tirol’s highest mountain), guests can enjoy a setting that is unparalleled anywhere in the world. Access to this special event area is limited and only possible for holders of exclusive Premium Tickets.
XXL Stage at Giggijoch
While the entire Sölden ski area will be buzzing with activity all week long, superb EMF reaches its absolute peak on Thursday and Friday. Two of the world’s most energetic acts, Dimitri Vegas and Timmy Trumpet, are coming to Sölden. Dimitri Vegas, a Belgian with Greek roots, is known for his epic crowd-control moments and brings the power of the world’s biggest main stages directly to Ötztal’s snowy stage. Australian Timmy Trumpet will thrill Giggijoch with his spectacular performance of driving beats and live trumpet playing. Further inspiration for swaying, shuffling and jumping is provided by the tech-house vibes of James Hype, the melodic sounds of Lost Frequencies and the energetic techno beats of Lilly Palmer. The lineup is rounded off by international heavyweights such as R3Hab, David Puentez, Mattn and many more renowned artists. So the XXL Giggijoch Main Stage becomes the epicenter of the electronic dance music universe. Anyone who wants to inhale the full atmosphere of EMF with thousands of like-minded fans should secure their tickets for Thursday and Friday in advance. While the last remaining tickets for EMF 2026 are still available online at soelden.com, only a strictly limited number will be available on site.
Limited Edition: EMF Feeling to take home
A special treat for fans is the exclusive Electric Mountain Festival 2026 merchandise. True to the motto “I was there”, the stylish pieces – ranging from caps to hoodies – are available exclusively at Giggijoch in Sölden. There is no online shop, the items are therefore a true highlight for collectors and an exclusive souvenir for all festival fans on site.
Service: Ski & Dance
Attending the festival remains as uncomplicated as ever: there are special ticket categories for both skiers and those visiting only the concerts at Giggijoch on the Main Days. The side events (Monday to Wednesday & Saturday) are freely accessible with a valid skipass, excluding VIP areas and special formats. A separate EMF Ticket is also required for the full festival experience on Thursday and Friday. The regular skipass no longer grants access to the concert area at Giggijoch.
