When the international yoga scene convenes in St. Anton am Arlberg from the 5th to 8th September 2019, the Tyrolean mountain village will be transformed once again into a gigantic open-air studio. During the 4th Mountain Yoga Festival, eminent yogis such as Alexandra Sagorz-Zimmerl or Marc Laws will be sharing their in-depth knowledge about the crow, warrior and co. poses. During the four-day programme – which goes under the motto “Water, the Source of Power” this year - there will be sessions about diverse styles for every level of ability. Participants decide for themselves how intensive or relaxed they want their stay to be. Breaks from the yoga mat can be spent hiking, at workshops, lectures, or the “Yoga Bazar”, accompanied by gentle music and healthy cuisine made from regional ingredients. To order tickets, please visit www.mountainyogafestivalstanton.at, www.stantonamarlberg.com

Accommodation: the 4-day festival pass including the entire programme costs € 235 /pers. and can only be booked in conjunction with one of the selected partner establishments (3 nights from € 96 /pers.), where a special focus is placed on diurnal rhythm, nutrition and the individual requirements of festival guests.
