Hochfilzen , venue of the IBU Biathlon World Championships 2017, has long been a fixture in the World Cup calendar. This year again, the world’s best biathlon athletes are moving the small community in the PillerseeTal in the Kitzbühel Alps into the center of international interest in winter sports. In addition to the sprint competitions, the pursuit competitions and relay competitions for women and men are on the program. The stadium will finally turn into a bubbling cauldron again this year….
