Pure trail action: 2025 Stuiben Trail Run livestreamed for the very first time!

From 22 to 24 Mai 2025, trail running passion meets alpine nature cinema in scenic Umhausen. The unrivaled Stuiben Trail Run will enter the next round – including livestream premiere, trail running night, material tests, lectures and measures promoting sustainability.
728 natural and steel steps at Tirol’s largest waterfall, challenging trails and a variety of side events for the community make the ultimate Stuiben Trail Run one of the most attractive running events in the Alpine region. The organizers have planned several innovations and new features in 2025. For anyone who wants to participate it’s still not too late: some of the limited starting places are still available.

New: livestream directly from the finish area
A special treat for all fans on-site and from a distance: in addition to the already established live broadcast on the spot, this year for the first time, a professionally produced livestream will be broadcast from 6:30 to 14:30 on Saturday, 24 May – on oetztal.com and Ötztal YouTube channel powered by groox. The event will be presented by Bernd Stadlober and trail expert Lukas Kocher, directly from Ötztal’s Trail Running Studio.
Great side program with added value
Starting Thursday evening, the Trail Running Night provides pure community feeling thanks to expert talks, movie night and live music. On Friday and Saturday, the Trail Expo offers material test opportunities, information and insights into brand-new products. Performance partner Base Five will also expand its offers with sports massages, regeneration programs and specialist lectures directly at the event site – ideal for preparation or for unwinding after the trail run.
Sustainability in the spirit of sport
The Stuiben Trail Run will continue to show its strong commitment also in 2025: finisher medals and winner prizes are created in cooperation with “Lebenshilfe Tirol” and local business partners. Regionality is not just a buzzword, but truly implemented commitment – from materials used along the running course to bib numbers and refreshments.
