Save the Date: Join us for the Bike Republic Sölden Festival with SWATCH NINES action
Last updated on 25.03.2025
From 12 to 14 September 2025, Sölden will once again become the ultimate hotspot for the mountain bike scene with the first-ever Bike Republic Sölden Festival. Visitors can look forward to a weekend packed with top-notch events, a large expo area, and great parties. One of the absolute highlights: SWATCH NINES x SÖLDEN, where some of the best riders in the world will showcase spectacular jumps, creative tricks, and impressive drops — pushing the sport to new levels. This is one weekend the bike community needs to mark in bright red on the calendar!

In the past 10 years the Bike Republic Sölden has established itself as one of Europe’s top MTB playgrounds, regularly impressing with events like the National Holiday and the BRS Opening. This year, the Ötztal bike community is cranking it up with a three-day festival on the Republic’s famous state territory – featuring thrilling contests, ride-outs with the pros, and parties that’ll keep the stoke high well into the night.
SWATCH NINES x SÖLDEN
When the world’s top freeriders and slopestyle legends roll into Sölden, you know it’s going to be all about airtime and pure madness. Big names like Clemens Kaudela, Erik Fedko, Sam Pilgrim, Nicholi Rogatkin, Patricia Druwen, and Red Bull Rampage champ Robin Goomes — plus many more — will turn the custom-built freeride and slopestyle course into a next-level show. Expect creative lines, wild combos, and riders pushing each other to the absolute limit.
SWATCH NINES x SÖLDEN is an experience. At Friday night’s Public Night Shoot (12 Sept), perfectly choreographed tricks light up the night sky above the Dirt District (Grünwald Dirt Park). On Saturday (13 Sept), the Public Day brings fans up close and personal with the action. And when the dust settles, it’s time to party with the riders at the iconic Riders Party at Giggijoch base station — with live acts and DJs firing up the crowd.
Festival vibes all around
But it’s not just about sending it on the bike — there’s a ton going on around the trails and in the festival area, too. Live music acts set the tone, food trucks keep you fueled, and the Expo Area is the place to check out the latest bike products. Of course, there are also plenty of fun challenges and side events for visitors to join in – from the Bunny Hop Contest and Bike Limbo to Bike Pulling. For those wanting to test their skills, the Bike Parcours Dual Challenge and Fernar Trail Ride Out promise plenty of fun, adrenaline and good times.
