The Kufsteinerland Cycling Marathon Celebrates Its 10th Anniversary

The Kufsteinerland Cycling Marathon will celebrate a special anniversary in 2026: For the 10th time, the region will transform into a road cycling paradise in August, hosting a field of 1,500 riders. The mix of gentle hills and challenging climbs is typical of this road cycling region near the German border.

There are three routes to choose from, catering to different skill levels: the marathon distance of 120 kilometers, the Lake Loop at 95 kilometers, and the Panorama Loop at 48 kilometers. The event also features a separate classification for the e-bike Panorama Loop (48 km).

Starting in 2026, three Tyrolean road cycling events will be combined into a single standings system for the Tyrolean Road Cycling Cup:

  • Imster Cycling Marathon, May 17, 2026
  • Arlberg Giro, August 2, 2026
  • Kufsteinerland Cycling Marathon, August 23, 2026
