The most spectacular bike event of the year in Tirol, taking place in Sölden from 12 to 14 September

At the Bike Republic Sölden Festival X Swatch Nines, the world’s best slopestyle and freeride athletes will showcase just how far the hardly imaginable limits can be pushed on two wheels in the “Dirt District”. Alongside the action-packed Swatch Nines Public Shootings, the festival also offers workshops, expo area, food stalls, world record attempts and fun-filled riders parties.

What used to be a strictly closed event is now open to everyone in Sölden: at the Swatch Nines Public Shootings, spectators and fans can witness live as world stars like Erik Fedko, Patricia Druwen, David Godziek, Nicolai Rogatkin or Robin Goomes launch their spectacular tricks into the bright Tirolean sky. The festival kicks off with the spectacular Night Shoot on Friday, 12 September at 19:00. The riders will perform a dazzling display of tricks under floodlights, accompanied by DJ music as well as food and drinks at Panorama Alm. The unrivaled action continues with the Public Day on Saturday, 13 September starting at 13:00, featuring another session of massive airtime and awe-inspiring action. A shuttle service will take visitors comfortably from Sölden to the hamlet of Grünwald and back again.

Festival atmosphere all around the village
In addition to sensational tricks performed by world-class riders, the Bike Republic Sölden Festival also boasts a varied entertainment program. Music acts, food stalls and a large expo area at the base station of Giggijoch Gondola promise a vibrant festival atmosphere. Side events like the Bunny Höööp Contest and the Bike Obstacle Duel guarantee great action away from the trails. Among the special highlights are the Guinness World Record attempts by Tirolean rider Mario Neurauter. Furthermore, there are technique training sessions, a special children’s activity program and the legendary Riders Party on Saturday evening.

Truly unique event for Tirol

Following the farewell of Crankworx, the Bike Republic Sölden Festival is the next major highlight attracting international stars of the scene to Tirol.
