Tyrolean Ski Safaris

Kitzbühel Alps Region and the Tirol Tourist board welcome you to an unusual interactive press trip: A double ski safari in snowy Tirol. Ski Safari might sound a little unusual, but it is just the thing if you’re looking for something different this winter. Instead of grasslands and scorching heat, there’s snow and cool winter air.

You obviously don’t travel around in a jeep but on skis. And what should you watch out for on a ski safari? The Tirolean “Big Five” of course: altitude, pistes, peaks, gourmet cuisine and panoramic views. The trick is, you get to know four skiing areas while skiing in only two! 2750 kilometres of piste await ski safari fans in the Kitzbühel Alps: The Super Ski Card covers six resorts in total. To give you a wider impression, applicants can choose from two different ski safaris. For this press trip, we offer a two-day program for a sporty group covering kilometre-long trails and two legendary skiing areas of Austria and one for intermediate skiers, who enjoy calm and smaller skiing areas with high standards in every corner. In the evenings the two groups will present each other their skiing-days – but for sure not in a common way. Let yourself be surprised!
