Trains are a great way to travel in comfort and style without having to worry about traffic jams \u2013 and your carbon footprint. Tirol has been promoting rail travel for many years and offers guests attractive day and night connections direct from Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy, Sweden, Denmark and Switzerland. From winter 2022\/23 the WESTbahn railway operator will also run trains from Vienna to Innsbruck (with stops in Kufstein and W\u00f6rgl). The German national railway service, Deutsche Bahn, is launching a new year-round direct connection from Frankfurt to Innsbruck and extending the Ski Express Tirol intercity connection from Hamburg to St. Anton am Arlberg.
