Zillertal Arena invests in comfort and modern infrastructure – new lifts from winter 2024\/25.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Zillertal Arena will continue to focus on comfort and modernisation in the future and is investing further in the infrastructure of its ski area. With two new ski lifts, which will go into operation from winter 2024\/25, guests will be transported even more comfortably and efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8-seater chairlift Teufeltal:<\/strong>
One of the major innovations is the new 8-seater Teufeltal chairlift, which replaces the existing 4-seater chairlift from 1998. Equipped with heated seats and a weather protection bonnet, the new lift offers space for 8 people and increases the transport capacity to 2,750 people per hour. This modernisation not only ensures greater comfort, but also a more efficient connection between Zell am Ziller and Gerlos – shorter waiting times and a more pleasant ride are guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6-seater chairlift Duxer X-Press:<\/strong>
A lot is also happening in the Duxeralm area: after 32 years, the old 4-seater chairlift is being replaced by the new Duxer X-Press, a modern 6-seater chairlift with a weather protection cover and heated seats. With a capacity of 2,600 people per hour, transport will be faster and more comfortable. An additional highlight is the addition of a new SPAR supermarket, a ski depot and a conveyor belt specially designed for the youngest guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With these investments, the Zillertal Arena is emphasising its claim to be one of the most modern and comfortable ski resorts in Austria. The new lifts not only promise more comfort for skiers, but also a lasting improvement in the overall guest experience in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
