German artist Leon L\u00f6wentraut is on display in \u00d6tztal for the very first time – on occasion of his “Bright Diamonds” exhibition. From 23 December onwards, art lovers can admire his expressive and abstract works at Gurgl Carat in Obergurgl. The 26-year-old, who is represented in galleries around the world, inspires not only on the art stage, but also in the digital space: with over 1.1 million followers on Instagram, he has a really huge fan base. The vernissage will take place in the presence of the artist himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the “Bright Diamonds” exhibition, Gurgl Carat in Obergurgl presents another cultural highlight. The works of Leon L\u00f6wentraut, one of the most exciting artists of his generation, fit perfectly into the philosophy of Gurgl as the “Diamond of the Alps”. Just like the peaks of the scenic \u00d6tztal Alps, L\u00f6wentraut’s both powerful and colorful paintings captivate viewers world-wide. The title of the exhibition reflects not only the quality of his works, but also the extraordinary atmosphere that Gurgl Carat offers thanks to modern architecture and high alpine flair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

An artist of the new generation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leon L\u00f6wentraut, born in 1998, is one of the up-and-coming faces of the international art scene. Fascinated by painting since childhood, he has made a name for himself with his expressive style and infectious energy. L\u00f6wentraut’s works, which are inspired by themes such as humanity and interpersonal relationships, are exhibited in renowned museums and galleries around the world – between Venice and New York. His ability to inspire young people to love art is particularly remarkable. He also provides deep insights into his creative process via Instagram and attracts the next generation to the world of art with more than 1.1 million followers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vernissage on 23 December<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The “Bright Diamonds” exhibition will be on display at Gurgl Carat from 23 December 2024 to 22 January 2025. The official opening takes place on 23 December at 18:00 \u2013 admission is free. The “Meet the Artist” dinner afterwards makes a truly exclusive opportunity to get in closer contact with this fascinating creative artist. Places are limited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gurgl Carat \u2013 Europe’s highest congress center<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
