In June 2025, the Stubai Valley will once again become the centre of international children’s football. The grand final of the Chairman Cup, one of the most renowned football tournaments for children in the U10 and U11 age groups, will take place on two consecutive weekends in Neustift in the Stubai Valley. From 6 to 8 June 2025, the best U10 teams will compete, followed by the U11 teams from 13 to 15 June 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n

A total of 48 teams<\/strong> per age group compete at the sports stadium in Neustift, including top clubs from all over Europe. The participants travel from ten different countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the Czech Republic, Serbia and even Greece. Well-known clubs such as Red Bull Salzburg, Olympiacos Piraeus, Partizan Belgrade<\/strong> and Barca Academy Zurich<\/strong> will be there. On both tournament weekends together, well over 1,000 children and their family members will be in the Stubai Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The Chairman Cup Stubai is much more than a football tournament. It is a platform where young talents can demonstrate their skills, gain valuable experience and make friends across national borders. We want to offer children an unforgettable experience that will accompany them for a lifetime. We are particularly proud that we were able to go on better this year: With two tournament weekends, more children and even more teams from several countries, we are setting new standards,” explains Manuel Pfurtscheller<\/strong>, organizer of the Chairman Cup Stubai.<\/p>\n\n\n

The chairman of the Stubai Tirol Tourism Association, Adrian Siller<\/strong>, is also enthusiastic: “It is an honour for us to host this unique tournament. The Chairman Cup Stubai underlines the importance of sport for youth development and reflects the family-friendly offers of our valley. The fact that we can even welcome Europe’s best young talents on two weekends this year shows how much the tournament is growing and gaining in importance. We are looking forward to welcoming the young talents and their families to the Stubai Valley.”<\/p>\n\n\n

The tournament starts on Fridays with a festive opening ceremony<\/strong> and the group draw at the Neustift village square. The specially composed Chairman Cup song<\/strong><\/a> will not be missing. The group matches will follow on Saturday, before the knockout matches and the grand final are on the programme on Sunday. Spectators are welcome to watch the matches live and support the next generation of football stars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
