Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis has once again proven its reputation as a region of indulgence:
Several establishments from the destination have been recognised in the prestigious Gault & Millau 2026 gourmet guide – a strong signal of the outstanding quality, creativity and passion that define the culinary scene in Serfaus, Fiss, and Ladis.

At the forefront is Julia Knoll from Hotel Marent in Fiss, who received a particularly special honour: she has been named “Pastry Chef of the Year 2026” by Gault & Millau – an exceptional award recognising her passion, craftsmanship, and refined sense of aesthetics.
Hotel Marent also stands among the culinary elite: The “Bruderherz Fine Dine” restaurant led by Christian Marent was awarded an impressive four toques, firmly establishing the hotel in Austria’s gourmet scene.
The Hotel Das Köhle in Serfaus also delivers an impressive all-round package: Stefan Köhle and head chef Lukas Neier have been awarded a total of six toques – four for the visionary concept “Köhles Chefs Table” and two for the outstanding “Köhles Kulinarium”. Both restaurants demonstrate, each in their own distinctive way, how creativity, regional authenticity and precision can merge into unforgettable moments of culinary delight.
Another highlight is the “Beef Club” at Schlosshotel Fiss, which has also earned four toques for its distinctive signature, uncompromising product quality and unique atmosphere. The team demonstrates that fine dining can be modern, authentic, and deeply rooted in the region.
Hotel Bergblick in Fiss was awarded two toques for its “Bergblick Gourmet” – a recognition that underscores the high standards and warm hospitality with which the Pale family and their team delight their guests.
And the “R35 by Patrick Landerer” at Hotel Das Landerer in Ladis made an impressive debut by earning its first toque in its opening year – a remarkable achievement showcasing the dynamic talent in the region’s young culinary scene.
